USAA Banking and Insurance Review

I loved using USAA.  I don't know how I ever got along without them. I used to have insurance through them and my car loan through them at one point. I was even able to get a credit card and a bank account through them. They also offer so many different things including financial advice and renters insurance. They gave me the best rates out of anyone I looked at. I was able to pay all my USAA bills online from their website. The website was very easy to use. Any time that I had a question or needed help with anything, they were always happy to help. They were always very nice and very helpful.  They hands down had the best customer service I had ever seen. But because of the economy, I am no longer a costomer. I do miss using them though.

The down side is that you have to be serving in the military or be a spouse or a dependant of someone serving in the military. They also don't have any banks you can go to. But they do have a feature for bank deposits that allows you to scan a check, email it to them, and it goes straight into your bank account.
