USAA Banking and Insurance Review

I've had USAA for over 30 years and have never experienced problems with their service or their representatives, unlike my friends who have other insurance companies.

I was involved in an accident with a driver who ran a stop sign.  My car was totaled and I was in the hospital for 3 days.  USAA paid everything they were expected to without any questions or unnecessary paperwork.  They aided me in my successful lawsuit against the other driver when his insurance company balked at paying the claim.

I've had to use the towing service four times, and every time I've been so thankful to have towing as a part of my policy.  It's well worth the small amount of money for the peace of mind it provides.

I also have the Homeowner's Policy and I'm happy with that. 

I have looked into less expensive insurance, but USAA gives such outstanding service I can't justify switching.

Two of my three children now use USAA and are as happy with the services as I am. The one without USAA doesn't own a car or a home so at this time doesn't need it.

It's worth checking into, if you can use USAA due to a military connection.
