I've been with USAA for 8 years now, with their car insurance for over 3.  It's so easy to add a vehile, change your plan, print insurance cards, everything!  I even get discounts for being a loyal customer and because my parents were USAA members.  They automatically reduced my rates when I turned 25 and have just been an excellent company to work with.  While I haven't had to make a claim yet, based on my experience with all of the other USAA departments, I have full confidence that they will process any claim quickly and easily.  They even have 24 hour service for claims.
