Pros

    great online tools, caring people, fast service, fantastic customer service, goes the extra mile, never push on additional services, excellent customer service, never give me a hard time, easy

I have USAA now, but before I did I was hit by another car (for the 12th time). Fortunately, she had USAA. Not only did they pay for a rental, pay for the damages, and pay for the medical treatment I received, they also gave me a couple of hundred dollars "walking around money" because of the pain and suffering of the damage to me and my car. I was so surprised I didn't know what to do.

They're also the most affordable insurance I've ever had. There's no question any more; I don't stick with the minimum insurance. I have complete coverage that I can afford.
