USAA Banking and Insurance Review

I love USAA. I save so much $$ on my car insurance now. I was amazed at their rates!

 I recently opened checking and savings accounts with USAA too. There was an issue with my other bank not transferring funds to this new account so I was charged overdraft fees. I contacted my other bank about this. They took zero responsibility and were not willing to even consider refunding charges I had incurred for their mistake. I contacted USAA and they quickly removed the fees after I explained what had happened. Even though it wasn't their fault, they went the extra mile to make me happy.

Also noticed their online rates for new car loans are at least two % points lower than the credit union I was banking with!

 I love the quarterly magazine USAA publishes with useful information, hints, and tips. The website has a lot of good information as well.

I love USAA for my banking and auto insurance needs. I am considering checking out their loans and retirement tools as well.

USAA's customer service and rates are well above most others!
