Best insurance company ever!

appreciative of good service, appreciative of USAA, good driver - one ticket in 28 yrs, have some random bad car luck, tried State Farm - boo hiss, safe driver with a good record

    great online tools, great rewards program, never give me a hard time, never push on additional services, excellent customer service

USAA is the best insurance company I have ever used. 5 years ago, I was rear ended and injured in the collision. USAA stepped right up and all of my bills, incuding medical and car repair were all paid within 30 days of receiving each bill. They are outstanding! They are friendly and always helpful on the phone too. I can get all of my questions quickly answered. Their bank is great too. I can find out if I qualify for a loan within 15 minutes just over the phone. Plus, if I do qualify, I get a check overnighted to me by FedEx. I love USAA and would highly recommend it to anyone.
