As a USAA customer for many years, I have seen many changes from a consumer position. Interestingly, the entire concept is "impression" and many people can be fooled by professional telephone representatives. Fact is, much of the information they provide is inaccurate and often times fails to disclose. USAA was a pretty good company until they got too arrogant for their own good. I would caution any consumer from doing business with this insurance company beyond a bank account. The insurance aspect of their business has continuously declined over the past 5 years with the questionable preferred providers they are doing business with - not in the consumer's best interest.
