I am a satisfied customer of USAA insurance of 25 years and would never switch.  They offer many financial products and I have recently starting using some of those as well.  Their banking is great!  All through the mail at their expense, free checks, refunds on withdrawal fees, etc...  I also have their homeowners insurance.  I have tried to shop around and when I tell someone what I have - USAA - they tell me they can't beat it.  They have just expanded their eligibility for membership to more military families instead of just retired officers and their dependants.  If you qualify, it is a wonderful insurance experience!!
