Great company...horrible rates

USAA Banking and Insurance —
We have USAA for home insurance as well as car insurance. We use to love this company but there rates have increased many times in the last few years. There home insurance has the highest rate in our town. They forget to tell you that insurance will increase if you have a big car, until 6 months after you purchase the car. We've had trouble getting them to pay to fix our car when someone hit our car in park and the person that hit us also had USAA. Who's back do they have?
