Horrible doesn't even come close!

There are no words to describe the horrible experience with this airline. Flight 363 from Fort Meyers to Cincinnati began on 2/25: we were contacted earlier in the day that our 11 pm flight was delayed until 3:15 AM but supposed to report to airport by 10:30 pm. This alone was absurd. The inbound flight then hit fog (funny, though, other flights were coming in) and ran out of gas and then diverted to Miami to refuel. This happened TWICE. Finally, the plane arrived at 11 am the next morning. 40 minutes later, we were told the pilots were out of time, flight was then cancelled until 8:30 pm AFTER WE WERE THERE OVER 12 HOURS - obviously didn't want to provide hotel arrangements. The scene was pitiful. There was a disabled woman and another elderly woman in wheel chairs - absolutely nothing was done for them. Oh, wait, they gave each of us a $10 food voucher. Indifferent staff, constant lies. Arrived home 22 hours late. THEIR DISCOUNTS ARE NOT WORTH IT.

Your flight will be canceled-it isn't worth it

All airlines seem pretty bad these days, but USA300 is by far the most incompetent, discourteous airline I have ever flown with. I reserved a flight with USA3000 several weeks in advance. 2 weeks from my flight dates I was informed that my return flight was canceled and they would place me on the flight the following day. They will not transfer you to another airline which is customary with other carriers and to arrange flights on your own on such short notice is prohibitively expensive. They also refuse to pay for any extra fees that will be incurred for adding the extra nights stay (hotel, car rental etc.) or changing flights. This is apparently a common problem with this airline and flights are regularly canceled with no willingness to compensate their passengers for this inconvenience. Their customer service department never answers their phones, they don't return messages or emails and you are pretty much stuck with whatever they decide to do with you. The cheaper price may seem like it is worth the risk, unfortunately, it isn't. Due to the extra costs and headache of changing all your travel plans, add to this the overall feeling of disappointment you caused your travel companions by suggesting you take the "cheaper" flight and you will wish you had gone with another airline.

too small!

would have loved my trip more if i had not felt like i was flying in a school bus! dont think our family would ever do this again. cheap but ver very uncomfortable! My husband hated it. It was his first time flying and swears it wil be his last~which really stinks for me!

Poor customer service + destroyed baggage

Chicago to Fort Meyers, RT, March 2008:  Flight down to FM was just fine, however the return flight was a disaster. Our flight plus all other USA3000 flights were delayed 3+ hours due to their computer problems. Their attitude was they could care less. In addition they destroyed my golf clubs. They make you sign a release when checking in golf clubs. The clubs survived the trip to FM. However on the return, 3 clubs were broken in half and several others were bent. Apparently they feel that the release gives them license to destroy your property, without any liability. It apprears that they were run over and/or dropped from a considerable distance. They, again, could care less. I'll never use them again and strongly recommend to anyone to give their business to an airline who has some sense of what customer service means.

Great price

Comments about USA 3000:

I had a wonderful time on my flight with USA 3000. We flew over Thanksgiving. We had an on time flight with no problems. They offerd T.V to watch. They also had very nice flight staff. The take off and landing were smooth. The air craft was clean. The bathrooms were clean.

The snacks they gave out were really gross, however the  flight staff was very helpful to collect our left over snack. We will use them agin the next time we travel. Also the prices were so great.
