US CELLULAR is the best. No matter what my problem is the associates are always willing to help. Personally I only go to the Schaumburg location. They have a great tech team and just always ready to help. They have great phone prices. many have instant rebates instead of the mail in type. The easyedge that they offer is great. no more losing my contacts or calling 411. I can't get lost with the use of mapquest and your navigator. I recommend this to anyone.

I have had good experiences with US Cellular. The majority of the time I am able to get service in places my friends and family can not. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive and the bills are hard to read to determine what I am being charged for.

My Marine was 'at war' at the time, due to come home, but I was not sure of his ETA in the states. One night my home phone rang and the caller ID gave a US Cellular number. I answered and found out my son had just arrived stateside.
One of the people there to greet he and his fellow Marines on their homecoming, was a US Cellular employee. This person handed out cell phones to the Marines, and said, make as many calls as you like, talk all you want.

I have been with US Cellular for 5 years-ever since I first got a cell phone.
I have only had a problem with them once-something with my bill was off after
I renewed my contract. But that was quickly fixed by the friendly employee who
signed us up. I hardly ever have dropped calls and I never have static.
The price is reasonable with the family plan, too. I won't switch as long as
their service remains as good as it is now.
The only thing I don't like is that their chioces of cell phones is limited. I don't like
flip phones, so I usually only have 1 option.

As a insurance sales agent, my cell phone is my life. I have other service with companies in the past, but US Cellular has been my right hand for years now. I love the feature of the incoming calls free, and the back up plan for my contact information, along with the nights and weekends at 7. With having a family package, and allowing to add different features for one or two lines, it allows me the freedom of finding the best fit for my busy family. US Cellular offers free incoming calls, very important saves on your available minutes; also have free incoming text messaging and picture text. I am also pleased with their customer service any problem which are very few I've always been able to have resolved with one phone call. And last but not the least my service I have service in almost every place I have been in, even when other people w/different providers have not. So with services cost and plans, I think that US Cellular is a winner for anyone looking for a cellphone
My entire family has been very pleased with our US Cellular Service. We have free incoming, free usage between our family phones and free nights and weekends. Multiple family options and up to 5 phones on one bill.
We are all connected with great phones LG's which are a solid product and have blue tooth capabilities. These phones fit well with the plan and all have the ability to take and send photos, as well as email and internet which are all available with US Cellular.
