One of the larger wireles providers, US Cellular is a cell phone wireless service company that earns mostly positive grades from its customers. Reviewers here at Viewpoints like US Cellular for its clear service connections, its ability to pick up cell phone signals in many different places, its great family plan, and its helpful customer service. US Cellular offers “Very Good Price Compared to Other Cell Phone Providers” and another reviewer says “I Would Recommend This Service to Anyone”. Are there any problems with US Cellular? Reviewers mention only a few, like the limited phone selection, high charges for roaming rates, and the high price for some of the phones. Still, when you consider the good and the bad, US Cellular ranks as one of the better Communication service providers with plenty of positive points that make it a pretty good place to purchase wireless cell phone service.

US CELLULAR is the best. No matter what my problem is the associates are always willing to help. Personally I only go to the Schaumburg location. They have a great tech team and just always ready to help. They have great phone prices. many have instant rebates instead of the mail in type. The easyedge that they offer is great. no more losing my contacts or calling 411. I can't get lost with the use of mapquest and your navigator. I recommend this to anyone.

I have had good experiences with US Cellular. The majority of the time I am able to get service in places my friends and family can not. My only complaint is that it is a bit expensive and the bills are hard to read to determine what I am being charged for.

I have been with US Cellular for 5 years-ever since I first got a cell phone.
I have only had a problem with them once-something with my bill was off after
I renewed my contract. But that was quickly fixed by the friendly employee who
signed us up. I hardly ever have dropped calls and I never have static.
The price is reasonable with the family plan, too. I won't switch as long as
their service remains as good as it is now.
The only thing I don't like is that their chioces of cell phones is limited. I don't like
flip phones, so I usually only have 1 option.

US Cellular offers free incoming calls, very important saves on your available minutes; also have free incoming text messaging and picture text. I am also pleased with their customer service any problem which are very few I've always been able to have resolved with one phone call. And last but not the least my service I have service in almost every place I have been in, even when other people w/different providers have not. So with services cost and plans, I think that US Cellular is a winner for anyone looking for a cellphone

I live in a dorm at the University of Wisconsin- Platteville, and US Cellular is about the only company that gets reception in most parts of the building.
Every time i've had a question, customer service has been great!

I've had almost all great experiences with this phone & service. I sometimes have an "echo" when talking but that is random and I haven't figured out if it is the phone, building or what is causing it. I seem to be the only one that can hear it. The person I'm talking to does not. And it's faint so not a large problem.
However over all I'm happy with the phone & the service. I no longer have a land line and use cell phone only.
