I am a salesman and very dependant on my phone and I thought US Cellular would be the best for me in this area but I seem to lose alot of connection when heading north into Vermont. My wife always complains her battery dies alot with her phone also although that would be a phone complaint. Also, every time I call they seem to put me on hold alot. ALthough the years when speaking with people who have other cell services it seems like I am getting the best family plan by far. I am moving south to another state and I cannot seem to get a direct answer from US Cellular whether I will be able to keep my service. Maybe they are working on getting service in the south and do not want to tell me yes or no.
