Excellent service and coverage but out-dated technology.

Works inside most buildings, Clear Connections, Has a great family plan!, Helpful employees.

Phone selection is limited

I have been with US Cellular for over 12 years. I have always been happy with coverage, service plans, and customer service. My only complaint is I have also suffered from "technology envy" for the past 12 years. It seems like every other company has phones that are smaller, more useful, more powerful, etc. If reliability and customer service are important to you, US Cellular can't be beat. If you want WiFi and ring-tones... look elsewhere.
