Telephone Banking Center & disputes
I am an account holder at the US Bank, disabled & on early retirement. Being on a fixed income, 63 , paying a monthly maintenance fee has been controversial & uncomfortable for me. Doing a dispute & then faced with so many odifferent people that keep switching me to different places well has been very uncomfortable. Being told off and put down & this from sources that well let's just put it like this Have it your way would be an appropriate way of describing who or what is liable to be talking on the other end of your phone. I am still an account holder at the US Bank. Now I am very concerned that there is something horribly wrong with The Telephone Banking Center but I want to make my banking with the US Bank a better experience for me. Still trying. M. Gril.
