Bad Customer Service, Lots of fees, they rip thier customers off

They charge overdraft before the amount is even posted on line. Even though my balance never dropped below 0, they charged a $35 overdraft charge because they said if it had been posted my account would have been $1.20 in the negative. Even the bank manager would not budge on this. We have banked with US bank for a long time, their customer service is getting worst and we will be moving to another bank. They are rude, inflexible and do not value their customers. Look somewhere else.
