When times run short and you think Us Bank will help you well think again. When you a short a little this bank wants to run you into the ground. When I ran short because something happened and I was scammed Us Bank basically said it is your fault and we will not help you. I have gone into the negative because of this and they want to charge me for getting into the negative when one of their associates told me i was in the clear and not to worry about it they didn't have much sympathy and said it was my fault and I have to fix it. After they put me into the negative becaue i did nothave the money to cover it....they charged me for going into the negative and for being in the negative more than 4 days. Knowing that i was not able to cover what they took out.
