Yes, US Bank has no customer service! I have now talked to 8 customer service reps in their telephone banking... and am currently on hold again! No one can help me. They keep sending back and forth like a ping pong ball between departments. All i want it to get e statements! They keep switching me back to paper statements. What a lame excuse of a bank. I wish the FDIC would hurry up and take them over! Please Uncle Sam... help... somebody... help!
