US Airways has terrible customer service. Their managers and customer servcie reps have horrible attitude. They lost my reservation. They said that they cancelled it because I did not call to give them my frequent flyer number??!!! What in the world is that about??? And the manager stood by that rotten explanation! They would not rebook me on the same flight. They even charged me extra because they said I was booking my flight last minute!
Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy. With service like this, US Airways reputation will continue to go down the drain just like its profits. Shame on them.
