I would give this airline negative five stars if I could.

love to travel, not afraid of flying, a frequent flyer, only fly the best, pleasure traveler, 5 star traveler

Bait and switch offers., rude employees, Rude and obstinate., Horrible baggage handling, Have to pay to check a bag, run-down planes, lost luggage, check-in errors, seat reservation screwups, deceptive pricing, seating arrangements, poorly maintained plane, late flights, unaccomodating, delayed flights, routine in-flight entertainment failures, consistent incompetence, terrible food, poor and rude customer service, no good backup system in place, high prices, poor customer service, NO LEG ROOM, Pay for your bags., always have trouble in Philadelphia, nickel and dime fees, Don't live up to commitments.

US Airways —

I have to say this is the worst airline ever and I fly all the time. I always fly with Delta or Northwest(my favorite) but once I could not get a flight out of orlando so I chose US Airways they were not my first choice but hey what can you do. I was going to Binghamton, NY via PHI and there were trouble on all the legs of this trip. From MCO to PHI our flight was thirty minutes late getting in and 45 minutes late leaving.The plane was a A320 and the cabin was small and dirty it felt very gloomy inside, The seats were not comfortable at all and there was almost no leg room for the seats. The crew was no better they were rude and short with you they were not professional at all. From PHI to Binghamton we had a gate change that was on the whole other side of the airport and then our flight was a full hour late leaving. The plane was a CRJ200 (50 seats) of course the plane was small it is a short flight but it was still a dirty cabin with trash on the floor and crumbs in the seat. The crew was a little better on this flight they actually had smiles but they still were unprofessional. When we arrived in Binghamton we realized that they lost one of uur peices of luggage we did end up getting it back(ten days later).
