Ordered from drugstore.com, got "free" shipping which I was happy about, and thought I had ordered it in plenty of time. Apparently not - placed the order on Nov 13, it shipped on Nov 14, got to the North Houston USPS facility on Nov 16 (so far so good, right?), and then NOTHING!
I've called everyone including the mail hub and no one can help me out. Everyone's been pretty nice, but where the &#&@! is my package??? It is now December 4th and at least 12 business days have gone by. I could be understanding if someone was able to locate it at the very least, but no one can tell me anything. What good is a tracking number in a "partnership" when only one partner can make use of it?
I will forever more avoid using UPS Mail Innovations if at all possible. What a cluge!
