UPS Mail Innovations — 

Try going to their website to find out how to get a refund for the damage they do to your item, then try to talk to a real live person about your issue.  I paid  $40. for shipping an antique mantle clock.  They don't refund the shipping.  The comment I got from them was "If we refunded the cost of shipping then we wouldn't make any money".   So basically, I paid a company $40. to destroy an antique.  I agree with other comments about customer service being below average.  I try to avoid buying from companies that use UPS to ship now.
