I do 95% of my shopping online. I'm a bargain shopper, as well as a savvy shopper. I've never had a problem with a company online, like the other reviewers, but service is my problem.
My delivery person (man) is extremely rude. I 've told him on many occasions that my dog is not going to bother him. We don't let our dogs outside alone.Only because they are friendly and someone may decide to open the gate and let them out. She's always outside with me. We have a fenced in yard, but whenever my girl hears a truck (any) she starts barking with the rest of the dogs in the neighborhood. I'voe told him time and time again, it's the noise of the truck, not you she's barking at. To make a long story shorter, he "THROWS" all of my packages in the yard, instead of walking up the driveway, a short 30 feet and putting the package on my porch. In September, he threw a package of very expensive bulbs in my azalea bush, it was there for two days in the rain. I had no idea it was there until my dog pointed to it.
I exploded, sent UPS a "very hot" email, which was immediately returned with an apology. Two hours later, I got a phone call from UPS offering another apology from the Baltimore office.
Conclusion: Not all delivery persons are as rude as this young man. The mail persons are great, Fedex and DHL are very friendly.
