UPS - All Locations Reviews

As someone who regularly shops on-line, I've had my fair share of experience with shipping companies.  By far, UPS is the one I trust the most.  Using their on-line tracking system, I can be sure of a delivery date.  Their delivery people are friendly and helpful, bringing any problems with a package to my attention right away.  They may be slightly more expensive than some of their rivals, but their attention to detail makes it worth the extra cost. — I do have one small issue with UPS, however.  Their basic service.  Because I am located in… read full review »

Had to return something and ups was to come and pick a box up, It took over 10 phone calls and me calling the district office before they finally came out. After 3 days of calling they finally came at 8pm to pick up the box and they didn't even have the label they were to bring. Driver said it was because he was new to the route. Overall, UPS is a fairly okay carrier service. Although, they don't do much of a good job keeping track of deliveries unless you pay for them to. It should be a free service included with the price of postage to make sure that everybody receives their packages that they have paid a lot of money for. Our UPS driver is very courteous. He beeps to let us know he has a package for us. He checks to see if we are home. If we are not home, he takes extra care to make sure our package is safe and protected from the rain. He always gives our dog a treat.
