BEWARE!!!! Do not get the gymboree visa! It was one of the worst choices that I made. The customer service is horrible! I had the card since january, it is now going to be june in a few days and i havent received any rewards, im suppose to be getting about $80 in rewards. Nothing ever came!!!! Every time I call them they transfer me over to someone else, and most of them don't even know about the card and reward system. There is no way to see how much rewards you have accumulated online, there is a section but it does not show anything. I am so frustrated and super upset with this and regret it sooo much. Also, i was suppose to receive $100 statment credit on sign up but they are refusing to honor it when I was told at sign up that they would honor it. Horrible. Run. Not worth ur time!

I originally signed up for the U.S. Bank Gymboree Visa Card because I shopped at Gymboree quite frequently, and thought I would easily accumulate Gymboree rewards. I noticed after a while that I wasn't shopping and spending nearly as much as I thought I was at Gymboree. I barely accumulated any rewards, and it didn't really save me too much money overall. While this card wasn't for the card for me, it was still a decent card and I would wholeheartedly recommend this card to anyone who frequents Gymboree and spends a decent amount of money. Customer Service The customer service for the U.S. Bank Gymboree Visa card excelled my expectations. I lost my card in store one day and they had a card shipped to me and delivered in less than two days. This card has some different, but cool benefits like car rental collision damage waiver. Available Rates The rates were higher than I was willing to pay for this card, which is why I ultimately stopped using it.

This card is excellent for any mom or dad that shops at Gymboree frequently. For 5% off on every Gymboree purchase you can really save a lot of money if you are shopping there anyway. And if you use it other places you get rewards too! When you use the card outside of Gymboree you earn $10 gift cards to Gymboree. Included in the rewards outside of Gymboree are their sister stores Janie and Jack and Crazy 8 along with Gymboree Play and Music classes. It is unfortunate that those stores aren't part of the 5% off though. Customer Service Gymboree as a corporation has excellent customer service and this credit card is no exception. Available Rates I wouldn't suggest carrying a balance on this card as it's rate is significantly higher than many other cards out there but if you use it to make purchases and pay it off each month then the rewards are worth the use of the card. The card also provides card holders with bonuses after acceptance and many special card member offers throughout the year.

Several years ago I wanted to consolidate a few credit cards that had high interest rates. Because I frequently went to Gymboree to shop for my kids' clothes, I saw advertisements and decided to apply for a Bank of America Gymboree Visa. I was able to transfer the balances of my other cards for a 0% rate for 12 months on this new card. That gave me enough time to pay the balance off without penalties, and saved me a lot of money. If you regularly shop at Gymboree, this is a good card to have. For every $1,000 you spend, you get a $10 gift card. If you use this for expenses and pay it off monthly it's a good way to get credit toward their clothes. Customer Service I've called customer service several times and have always received good service. I took this card abroad and was able to do that easily. I also got a late fee waived once when I was inadvertently late with a payment. Available Rates My initial rate was 0%, but they may not offer that program anymore. My current rate is just under 10%, which isn't that bad especially if you pay your balance off at least once in a while.

I would recommend this Gymboree card to EVERYONE with little kids up to age 10 I would say; for every $$ you spend you get reward points and those points go towards a gift card for Gymboree; Every statement will send you about a weekd or so later a giftcard with your earned points as long as you have $10 worth that month if not it will wait till next month. The interest rate is not the best15% something I think and we have perfect credit, BUT we don't pay interest we pay the card off every month. We use the card for almost everything you would use your debit card for or write  a check for, and then we pay it off at the end of the month and earn between $20-$30 a month on giftcards for Gymboree that we can use any time, sale items, etc just like cash. So if you think about it if you would get $20 a month for free cloth save it for a yearthats$240 worth of close for free for your kids, and Gymboree has very good brand quality cloth with a high resale value, and always sales.. We love this card and the bank that holds the card, US BANK is very easy to work with, friendly staff, very knowlegible, never had a problem. Deff. get this card if you have kids to dress every day.

I highly recommend. My purse was stolen a few months ago. It was used at a gas station 2 times in a row and they then put a block on it before I even called! They were fantastic reversing the charges and reissuing a card. Couldn't ask customer service in a horrible situation

Got this card for the reward dollars that it offered at Gymboree, as I loved to shop there. However, an issue arrose in that I was charged wrongfully for an item that I didn't oreder. When I disputed the charges they took them off, and then they put them back on, which put me over limit and they cahrged me an overlimit charge!!!!! I complained and they claimed they needed another signature to take the charges off. So I gave them the informatin that they asked for and later they put the charges abck on and again it put me over and again they charged me a fee... Eventually the charges were taken of, however I now have placed this in a debt progam and they are getting regular payments from the company and still they call saying I am not paying.. When we call them they say they don't know why we are being called and that the extension that we are given doesn't exist. Yet this same woman continues to call and call. I would not recommend this card to anyone. It is sad that Gymboree is suffering for this type of customer service.
