I seldom get to places like Sam's Club but occasionally I will shop with a friend there. As a single person who often cooks only for myself, I was a little taken aback when she recommended that I purchase the 3-1/2 lb. bag of frozen Tyson Teriyaki Flavored Chicken Fillets. At less than $12, it was actually a pretty good deal but how was I ever going to eat it all? The answer? A little bit now and then for I was pleasantly surprised to find that the fillets (tender thigh meat) were easy to pry apart in order to cook a couple at a time. Although I am not a "dark meat" person, I thought this chicken was delicious, marinated in a flavorful but not overly sweet, gooey, or spicy Teriyaki sauce. The meat is fully cooked and a couple fillets heat up in the microwave in three to four minutes.
