This medicine is awesome. I am normally allergic to dogs and cats but I was able to be around my friends pets because of the medicine. I normally am allergic to a lot of things outside in daily life, but everything was gone after I took this. There are so few side effects that I can use this everyday. It doesn't make me drowsy at all compared to all the other allergy medicines that i have tried in the past. It is really small and easy to take, i didn't have any trouble taking it and it goes down really easy with water. It really easy my itchy eyes and I feel the swelling go away within hours of taking it. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking allergy relief.

I am using this right now because I have had bronchitis for about 3 weeks. It seems to work quite well for the four hours it claims to work. It has a mucus thinner in it, although it is not very much, it is as much as Robitussin has. So it is actually a remedy that will help you get BETTER, not just put a bandaid on the symptoms. It also claims to stop nasal congestion. I feel that it does this very well. I am happy with Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain.

Sinus problems can sometimes reach the point where they interfere with breathing and make it difficult to sleep. They can cause pain as well but there is one product manufactured to relieve these and other symptoms so you can rest. The product is **Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets.**   **Medicine Commentary:**   Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets are made with the active ingredients Aceteminophen (325 mg), Chlorpheniramine maleate (2 mg), and Phenylephrine HCI (5 mg). These active ingredients work together to fight sinus congestion, headache, runny nose, sneezing, and minor aches & pains.   Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets certainly sound like a product worth trying. For those who have bad sinus problems and trouble falling asleep, anything that can aid in the process is welcome, indeed. But from my experience, this medicine is only so- so at its intended purpose. There is little in the way of pain relief, at least for me (Tylenol products have never worked well for me in the pain department), and the antihisitimine properties, while better, are not much better than average. This product works best at stopping a runny nose, so it does have its use, but the relief it provides is nothing compared to other allergy relief products.   One other fact that I don't like with Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets is that it takes two caplets to equal a normal dose and the dose is good for only four hours. This is good for right before bed, but don't be surprised if you wake up in the middle of the night and need more medicine. Four hours isn't very good for a nighttime medicine and a single package will not last long.   **Bottom- Line Viewpoint:**   I have periodic sinus problems and they sometimes prevent the onset of sleep. When I need some relief, I need it now and Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets are not that great at achieving what the manufacturer claims. They are better than nothing, but I can think of several daytime allergy and sinus relief medicines that are better overall and also help you fall asleep, making Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets a waste of money and effort. I have a lot of allergies both daytime and nightime, but a lot worse in the daytime. I usually wake up and start off the morning with 5-10 sneezes. My nose then starts running and my eyes are watery by the time I get to the bathroom sink to brush my teeth. After taking Tylenol sinus congestion & pain nighttime caplets, I wake up feeling clear and normal. My allergies don't start until a lot later in the day, if at all. The Tylenol sinus medicine is supposed to help relieve your allergy symptoms at night, but it actually ends up helping me relieve my allergy symptoms when I wake up too. The medication works quickly to relieve my headaches and congestion due to allergies, gives me a good night's rest, and prevents my allergy symptoms from coming on early in the morning. This medicine works great for me!

Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Nighttime Caplets Cool Burst doesn't work like it says it will. I have used it on several occassions, and it has never relieved my conjestion or sinus problem. There are a lot of other medicines out there that work a lot better than this one. It is cheap, so shouldof known it wouldn't work that well. It doesn't stop my runny nose or my sneezing. It brings no relief at night when it comes to sleeping. The taste isn't too pleasant either. I wouldn't recommend this medicine to anypone who suffers sinus problems to conjestion problems. Saline would work just as good as the Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Nighttime Caplets Cool Burst.. So buy a different medicine than this if you are sick

I recently tried Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Nighttime Pain capsules for an annoying cold that was hanging around for a while. I had been up the previous several nights because I couldn't breathe through my nose, and my mouth was becoming very dried out. I also have a young toddler who is still up several times a night, so I knew I couldn't take anything that would knock me out cold on the off-chance that I didn't hear him crying. I searched our medicine cabinet and found this product -- evidently, my husband had bought it last year and also has had great luck with it. Instead of the two capsules, I took just one, thinking that this would give me just enough relief to let me sleep, but also to let me hear my son when he woke in the middle of the night. The one pill kicked in about an hour after I took it. I was able to fall asleep and still hear the baby when he woke for his feeding. The next morning, I woke up, breathing through my nose and feeling well-rested. I will definitely take this product if I need it again, but I will probably still take only one pill since the half-dose was so effective.

My husband gets pretty bad sinus congestion about twice a year. Once week or so in the fall, and a week or so once in the spring. He's never taken anything for it before, but he was so miserable about a year and a half ago that I finally picked him up some Tylenol Sinus Congestion and Pain Nighttime Caplets. I asked him to try them on a night before one of his days off just in case there were any problems with it making him drowsy. The next morning, he was feeling a lot better. It was his first good night's sleep in quite a while, and he sent me right out after some day caplets. He wasn't drowsy at all, and he was able to get some stuff done around the house. Since then, I've tried one or two off brands, which I get the 'devil stare' for each time. They never work as well, so I suck it up and spend the larger sum of money, which is well worth the less cranky husband. If you suffer from serious sinus congestion, I would definitely say don't mess around with cheaper brands. This stuff is the best.

Tylenol Sinus Congestion & Pain Nightime is an average sinus product.  It did not really help me sleep.  I had slight relief from my sinus symptoms, though.  I generally do not have good results with Tylenol products but had heard this was a good product for sinus symptoms so I gave it a try.  I would not buy it again.  The little bit of relief I did get from the sinus pressure I could get from a different medication, and I could also find one that would allow me to get some sleep also.  No recommendation from me.
