Great for backaches!

5

I have a back injury stemming back from many years ago that at times will make itself known and knock me down a few feet. I refuse to take prescription pain medications so I am pretty much left to find things that work. I love to use a heating pad at home but I work and travel a lot so I wanted to find something that I could wear around and be able to leave my house. I found these Tylenol Precise heat patches and wanted to give them a shot. It has a sticky back and you can stick it to whatever area that you need pain relief. They instantly make you feel better and heat up really quickly. The one thing I like a lot more about this brand than about other similar products is that the heat in these lasts for about six hours when the others only usually last about two, so with this you get the heat for a lot longer of a time period. They are nice and convenient and help to dull away any pain you are having without having to take any medicine and you can use it anywhere on your body for a number of different problems.

Works very well

Tylenol precise heat pain patches definitely are one of the better pain patches I've tried. It's exactly what I was looking for when my kids got bigger and I would pick them up constantly and carry them. My arms would feel like they were broken because they were so sore. When I seen these and they specifically target arm, leg, and neck pain, I knew I had to give it a try. I stuck one on my upper arm and within seconds felt the heat going into my muscles. It wasn't too overpowering like some patches or cream can be, but more of a soothing heat you get from taking a bath when you're sore. They lasted long and when I took it off, it didn't leave behind that sticky glue feeling. I wish I found these sooner. I still use them today even for headaches. When I put one on the back of my neck, I can feel the warmth loosening up my neck and get some relief from my headache. They're inexpensive and really work. I would recommend this to anyone with arm and neck aches. Excellent product.

Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches

I bought a box of Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches when they were on sale at a drug store and I also had a coupon so they cost me next to nothing. I did not need them when I bought them but I occasionally get back pain so I was happy to have them if needed. Well one day when I got a pain in my back I knew it was time to try these heat patches. It is a good size patch for my back and was very easy to apply. I wore it out to dinner and found that the heat from it was very warm and it actually made my sweat from the temperature. I had it on for about 4 hours and I found that it gave me relief from the pain the I was experiencing. I would give these patches a positive review and if needed or if the sale presents itself again I would certainly buy them to have just in case it is needed again. I also like that these patches make it easier to continue on with the day instead of using a heating pad that has to be plugged in and while they are a good size it is something that is not shown through my shirt.

I have some pretty severe back pain and these Tylenol Pain Relief patches work very quickly and very effectively. I spent many nights with one of these on my back so I wasn't laying there in tears. I would highly recommend them if you suffer from any kind of back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain. They aren't real expensive and there are coupons out there for them a lot. Please check them out.

These work wonders for menstrual cramps.

4

These aren't specifically marketed for menstrual craps, pms, or stomach pains but that is what I use them for. The heat these provide gives me a wonderful relief whenever I am experience cramps due to my period or cramps due to gastrointestinal issues. The wraps are easy to use. You take a wrap out of the package and activate it and it sticks onto the skin wherever you need it. The adhesive is gentle so you don't have to worry about peeling it back off but it can be a little irritating. I have used these to give relief for muscle aches but my favorite uses are whenever I am experience period pains or whenever something is just going on in my digestive system that is causing me discomfort. The heat from these wraps gives a warming sensation that is comfortable and tolerable. The heat helps ease pain and cramps going through my midsection so I am not crippled over writhing in pain during my time of the month or during a period of indigestion. I love these wraps and they're a little less expensive than some other brands. They are just as effective and they work. The only draw back is the removal and although it doesn't stick like most adhesives, on occasion a hair will get tugged or pulled painfully.

Works Well For Very Minor Aches

3

I was happy to see Tylenol come out with a heated pain patch because Tylenol is such a trusted company. I bought a box of the Precise Pain Relieving Pain Patches after I over exerted my back and elbows while practicing volleyball with my daughter. I knew I was over doing it while I practiced and really felt the pain the next day. I applied a patch in 2 areas, lower back and elbow. The size of the patch is 3x5 inches so they are just the right size! I was happy about no messy creams, and my clothing stayed dry over this patch. Now I had very minor pain in my arm, I would rate around a 3 on the pain scale and the Precise Patch heated up and relieved my achy arm. The back pain is an on going thing, and I will rate that more along a 6/7. The Precise Heat Patch relieved the pain minimumly and I ended up breaking out the IcyHot instead. So I have mixed feeling about this heat patch, I think it may help very low pain situations but why even bother buying it for just those situations when I know I've used a different brand that knocks the pain right out. Removal of this patch can hurt, if there's a lot of hair in the area where it was applied. I will say this patch stays in place because it is very sticky! The bottom line is this patch wasn't meant to work wonders, I think it helps with very low pain in the body.

Great for muscle pain and cramps

Sometimes I find that heat is the best pain reliever, especially for cramps and sore, tight muscles. Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches are a great resource for applying direct heat to tired, achy muscle or body cramps. The heat lasts for several hours and relaxes the muscles to relieve pain. You apply it to your skin and it sticks with an adhesive that isn't irritating to the skin and comes off easily. The heat from the patch is just right, not too hot, but just enough to warm the area and relax the muscles. My favorite use for Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches is for cramps. Sometimes over the counter Ibuprofen or Tylenol is not enough to relieve all the pain, but the heat patch really does wonders. If you're love the way a heating pad relieves pain, you should try these patches for convenient pain relieving heat throughout the day, no matter where you are.

Very Little Heat Output But Sticky

1

I occasionally get back pain and stiffness from working too hard around the house and yard, carrying heavy things, etc. On the advice of a friend who loves heat patches I picked up a box of Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches. The next time I had a achy back I tried them out and was not impressed. The patches provide very little heat. I put one on my back and noticed almost no heat radiating from it, even after almost an hour. After an hour I would think it would work better than that! I do have to say that they do stick well. As long as you stick them in place and don't move them. The adhesive is like a Band-Aid, you can't reposition it. They're one stick only. So, they don't slip around, which is nice when you're sitting down and move around a bit. I ended up giving the other three of these to my friend after having little luck with the first one. They're just not worth the money and I definitely recommend another brand.

Not worth it, I would buy an electric heat patch instead!

I saw this product in my local pharmacy and thought i would give it a try. Within an hour, the patch came off, it could barely stick back on my skin and was barely warm. I had to use medical adhesive strip to get it back on my skin. The edges of this patch sticks out - so you get flaps of the cotton paper getting caught in your clothes and the patched are NOT flexible like the other patches in the market. It keeps pulling off my skin with the slightest of movement. With the amount of money I spent on this, I think I would rather get a better relief from an electric heat patch, which could give me the heat that I want (mild, not burning hot) which has an automatic shut off functionality. Dont waste your money, just get an electric heat patch where you can reuse it over and over again without worrying about chemicals used to create 'heat' this patch. This product does not work and not even worth the hassel of trying to get a refund.

These patches help but aren't as great as I would like.

I suffer from intense lower back pain due to osteoarthritis. I use many things as part of my pain management routine. I do take pills but I don't like to often due to the fact that they make my stomach hurt and cause nausea. I get shots occasionally from my doctor and I also use topical crèmes and patches. I have tried several heat patches throughout the years. They sometimes help but when my pain is intense I take medication and wear a patch. The Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Heat Patches last for eight hours. The heat is not as intense as in the ThermaCare patches but they are more effective at sticking to the skin and staying in place. This patch has a more mild, slow release heat. They are nice for tight muscles and muscle relaxation. These are expensive in my opinion. You only get four patches in a box which doesn't last long. However, I watch for coupons to make them more affordable. These are ok but not the greatest.
