When you have a young infant, they are very limited on what medicines you are able to give them when something is wrong and they are getting sick or in pain. Tylenol has always helped all of my kids and was always a go to medicine when something was wrong with them or they had a fever. This is the best medicine that I have found for a baby that helps to reduce their fever in a very quick amount of time while also giving them the relief from any pain that they are having so that they are able to get comfortable and get some rest so that they can feel better. My pediatrician always recommended this to be used for my children when they needed something for a fever or for pain. I especially used this a lot during the teething stages because not only does it take away any small fever that they might have, it helps to give them that pain relief that they need when their gums are hurting them. My kids always enjoyed the flavors that they offered this in and I never had any problems getting them to take it like I did at times with other types of medications.

When my daughter caught her first cold, her pediatrician recommended using infant's Tylenol. She was only a month old at the time but the pediatrician said it was ok for her to take it. She had a little bit of a hard time getting it down but when she did, I can tell she was starting to feel better. Her congestion went away for a good couple hours and she was less fussy. I also use the infant's Tylenol on my daughter right after she gets her shots. The shots make her irritated and she usually gets a fever after so the infant's Tylenol reduces the pain for awhile and makes her fever go away for awhile too. It usually works most of the time but the last time she visited the pediatrician, she had to have four shots so the Tylenol didn't do as good a job as it did last time. Her fever lasted longer and so did the swelling in her legs. For the most part though, it works especially on the times she has a cold.

I have 2 little guys, 14 months and almost 3 years. I have been using this as a last resort pain reliever since my oldest was about 6 months old, when teething really hit him hard. The Infants Tylenol is good because it is a trusted brand, and has clear, consice instructions. I like the fact that it comes with a dispensor so you don't have to worry about finding a little syringe. My son really liked the flavors and it helped him to enjoy medicine which helps as they grow older. I like how fast acting the Tylenol is. We have used it countless times for random fevers and as a pain reliever. There are other more natural, homeopathic methods of pain relief, but when things get bad it is really nice to have such a well known, trusted pain reliever ready. It is also nice to know that Tylenol has something for every age range. I would definitely recommend this product. Keep your eyes out for coupons too!

Tylenol's Infant Drops have come in handy many times when my three children were babies. We used these most often for high fevers and when they were miserable from cutting new teeth. For some reason both of these situations seem to most often occur in the middle of the night. Having some Infant Tylenol in the medicine cabinet (even if you've never had to use it before) will save you from running to the drugstore in the middle of the night. Even more importantly, it will enable you to treat a rising fever or tooth pain immediately. Tylenol gives almost immediate relief for fevers, aches and pains, which is what you want with miserable little ones. The dropper that comes with the bottle is a really convenient way to give babies medicine with, and helps you to easily give them just the right amount. The taste is pretty good too. It is very sweet and so all my babies have loved taking it.

I always buy this product. It comes with the syring so there is no spill and you get to measure it correctly each and every time. I also like that it comes in different flavors and one of they kinds is dye free. which was weird because it was clear. Plus it takes no time at all to start working. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes, which is no time at all when your child is in pain or running a fever. And it helps them sleep.

I have purchased and used the tylenol infants drops for my babies and I have been very happy with this medicine. It works great at relieving pain and fever. My pediatrician has recommended me using the tylenol for infants since it may not be as strong as some of the other medicines out there when its not a severe issue I am using it for I did not need extremely strong medicine. The tylenol infant drops still work great for pain and fever. The tylenol infants drops do not last as long as some of the other medicines like this out there so I have had to give the medicine a little more often to my babies than some of the other ones out there. The tasts seems to be good and I have never had any issues with my babies and toddlers taking the infants tylenol. They do not even make a face so I do not think the taste bothers them at all. It smells good, there is not harsh smell to it. The name brand tylenol infants drops can be kind of expensive especially it depends on what store you are buying it at. Pharmacies tend to be ridiculously over priced and I guess they try to force you to buy the store brand.

I am not too impressed with the Tylenol Infants Drops. This was first purchased for my grand-daughter after she got her first set of immunizations. After giving her the pediatrician recommended dosage, she projectile puked everywhere! At first I thought it might have been her tummy, so I waited until the next dosage was needed and tried again. She ended up puking again! A few days later, my daughter called me and said that she gave her the Tylenol Infants Drops in the car seat and she did just fine! So, we got to thinking about it and have concluded that you need to hold baby completely upright when giving her the Tylenol Infants Drops and you also needed to wait a few seconds to ensure that it is completely swallowed, otherwise the thick medicine sits in their throat and causes them to puke! In addition, my daughter went online and found several different mommy forums filled with parents complaining about how Tylenol Infants Drops makes their little ones puke! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, however, Infants Tylenol is very helpful for minor aches and pains or fevers.

My wife and I don't like using medicine with our child very often.  Up until he was about 10 months old, we never gave him anything.  We just didn't feel comfortable giving him medicine when his body is so little and fragile. We have never used any tylenol for teething, we just use the baby orajel.  However, when our son got sick over the holidays and had a high fever, we decided to finally try this infant tylenol.  It worked very well and we could just tell that our son felt much better.  His fever went down a bit (not all the way), but enough to give him some relief.  I also think it helped with his sore ears. The thing that we didn't like about this medicine is the amount of sugar.  Yes, it needs some so that the child will at least tolerate it and take it down.  But we would give this to our son so that his fever could go down and he could finally sleep, but he wouldn't be able to sleep because he was so hyped up from the sugar.  It was extremely frustrating.

Baby Tylenol has been a must-have in our household with a new baby.  We have been using this product for about 11 months now.  From colds, to new teeth popping in, my little boy loves the taste of Baby Tylenol.  The flavors are not remotely strong, which makes giving him his medicine easy for me!  The dropper is easy to use, and has easy-to-read measurements so that Daddy can't overdose accidentally!  The dropper is easy to clean, so not to spread more germs.  I was told by other mommies-to-be to have a stock of baby Tylenol before my bundle of joy arrived in January.  I definately listened to them and I am glad that I did! Before my son goes in to get a shot, I give him a light dose of Tylenol, and it seems to help with the side effects of the shot.  Instead of waiting for it to kick in and relieve his pain, it has had a little bit of time to go through his system.  We will continue buying Tylenol for our son and any future children.  It is and always has been a name that I can trust.

Babies are always having temps for one reason or another and in my house this is a must have item for our medicine cabinet.  Of course, Tylenol is probably the highest rated fever reducer on the planet so I don't mind recommending this medicine even though I have no medical background.  What I do know is that my kids have enjoyed this medicine for its flavor and I have always seen results.  Think about giving this as part of a gift for a new mother at a baby shower because it is a must have.  You don't want to be running to the store at 11 pm and you can't really plan when a child will get sick.  We never want it to happen, but when it does, you want to be prepared and give your little one the quickest relief you can.  My only problem is that sometimes, I'll not look at the expiration date when I'm buying it and it will be out of date before I have even used the product so check the dates when you buy it!
