Don't try to cure pain with this product.

Tylenol works fine on mild headaches. That's about it.

Don't even try it if you have aches & pains from working out. Don't waste your time if you have a migraine. Forget about it if your sinuses are hurting you. It wont even ease up back pain. Tylenol is NOT strong enough to help you.

Good, but still isn't all that "rapid"

no fool, a chronic allergy sufferer, not rich, into alternative remedies, interested in positive results, impressed with this product, an allergy sufferer, into trying new things

Tylenol Rapid Release Gels provide relief within the hour for headache, sinus, congestion, cold/cough etc.... Overall it is an excellent product, but the price is on the more expensive side compared to other similar brands. The relief is quick, but not quick enough. Usually you start to feel relief within 45 minutes. If you have a splitting migraine or a cough that makes you feel like your throat has just been sliced open, it doesn't really make the cut. 8/10

I found this product kind of accident while in the pharmacy looking to get something to relieve a pounding headache. Most of the pain relievers were either tablets or caplets and these needed at least 30 minutes to be absorbed. LIke a flash I saw this and was intrigued. After taking them the pain relief was almost instant and I was thrilled. Now I make sure I have a bottle with this product in my purse at all times just in case. It has become my new best friend.

There are a LOT of pain medicines out on the market today. And all of them claim to be the best. Most people don't think of Tylenol as being a powerful pain reliever, but I have become a HUGE fan of Tylenol Extra Strength pills. The great thing about Tylenol is that it doesn't hurt your stomach. It's not one of those meds that make your headache go away, but your stomach pain ensue.

I use Tylenol Extra Strength for muscle pain, headaches, joint pain, fever, PMS, - you name it! Although it's probably not best suited for severe pain (post car accident for instance), it really works well...
