This is a good combo pack. The ones designated for night work quickly and well. The ones for day do work, however, they make me slightly loopy. It works almost as well to take just one of the pills. Do not be fooled by the trusty Tylenol Brand name. After the reformulating by the manufacture, this product should have been removed from production because it is no longer a reasonable treatment for the  symptoms as it claims. This works well - Tylenol is trustworthy for my medicine cabinet.  I've used this several times before and have gotten the type of relief I needed.  Its over-the-counter relief for sinus and cold congestion.  Its usually inexpensive and available at several drugstores. … read full review »

I do not usually take tylenol, however I find these pills to work well.  I like having day and night all in one box.  It allows me one less medicine to have to buy to fight my constant problems. … read full review »
