I don't know what happened to this brand, but it seems like tylenol products have just gotten weak. I like this product because Its fast working and doesn't make me drowsy. Its truly one of the best over the counter medications I have ever tried. I actually love all Tylenol brand medicine and believe in it 100% because it truly does work. I don't use any othe cold medicines because they make me drowsy or upset my stomach. This allergy medicene is the only one I've found to relieve allergies and sinus congestion with out really grogging me down. As a mother to 2 young children.. I would reccommend this product. It does help clear your head and your symptoms although you do have to take it a lot. So I really only take it if I am feeling really uncomfortable with my symptons or I know that I will be outside for a long time. It is also a little expensive, So the price kinda adds up if you were to take it every day. This product works very well and quickly. Tylenol is a brand that seems to consistantly work well. I found that it made me feel better very quickly. The price is a bit high, but if you are suffering it is worth it. I think that it does seem to lose its effectfulness after a few days of use.
