I am a huge fan of tylenol. It doesn't interact with other things I take, and it does work. These pills seem to work faster than the other tylenol pills. I used to have daily headaches, and these pills are exactly what the doctor ordered (seriously).

this is a great product i'm always searching for a better product tylenol is absolutely hard to beat, for one thing they are easier to swallow than claritin d and much smaller and you can choose to get caplets or fat pills that stay in your throat at least 15-20 minutes several times i've had to switch medications because i could not swallow them. this has never been the case with any tylenol caplet product. and as far as fast acting i don't remember ever noticing within 15 minutes the product working... usually an hour will go by before you realize the stuffiness or runny nose has subsided....

I have allergy problems all during the year and I tried this product earlier this year and it is great.Instead of waiting an hour for the medicine to work the quick acting release caplets work in about thirty minutes.The headache and body aches are gone and you can get back to work quickly.
Compared to sudafed this product diffently stands up to the test.All allergy and sinus suffers need to try this product.It will make a big difference in the way you feel.It is also compariable in price to other brands at only around 5.00 a box.Thats a good price for great quality.

I like this product because Its fast working and doesn't make me drowsy. Its truly one of the best over the counter medications I have ever tried. I definitely recommend it!
It doesnt upset my stomach like alot of medications do. Every year in the spring time I get horrible allergies and Zertec is so expensive I had to find something that wasnt as expensive but worked as well and I came across Tylenol allergy and I was hooked. I will never buy another over the counter allergy medication again.

I've tried store brands and they just don't work as well or as fast. The price may be a little more, but I truly believe you pay for what you get.. and relief from allergies and sinus pain is worth the little bit extra.
I would reccommend this product. It does help clear your head and your symptoms although you do have to take it a lot. So I really only take it if I am feeling really uncomfortable with my symptons or I know that I will be outside for a long time. It is also a little expensive, So the price kinda adds up if you were to take it every day. Good product though, it didn't make me feel drugged after I took it, and it cleared up my nose with in an hour.
As a lifetime allergy sufferer, I have found this to be one of the fastest acting, most relieving allergy medicines available. Relieves itchy eyes, sneezing and sinus headaches in about 1/2 hour, if you take it on a regular basis during the worst of your allergy season, it will help make even the worse days a whole lot more bearable. Best over the counter product hands down.
