So many people told me I had to watch the movie "Twilight" saying it was the best movie they ever saw. I waited for it to hit my Netflix list and made sure I got it the day it was released.

There are several hours of my movie-loving life I will never get back. There was little to no action. The lead actor who played Edward was one of the strangest looking boys I have ever seen with his overly square head and too large eyes and what the hell is with the pompador!

The lead actress who played Isabella kept making me wonder what her problem was. Everyone in her new school was accepting and very nice to her and she always maintained this standoffish, rude, wannabe loner mentality, even with her own parents who obviously loved and adored her.

There was almost no action in this movie what so ever, it was all lingering looks and glaring stares trying to portray some type of feelings that never really made it across. Thank God I had so much caffine in me or I would have fallen asleep, instead by the end of the movie I was exhausted.

There was little to no history, explaination, storyline, excitement and unpredictability. If you want to watch movies about vampires stick to the classics and comedies like Dracula with Frank Langela, Love at First Bite, Interview with a Vampire, and so on.

I will give the book series a try to see if they are any better, of course I already know who the werewolves are as that came across blatantly obvious in the movie.

Great review! I saw all the fuss about this movie but haven't yet seen it. Probably won't see it, now.
