My husband has gone to this restaurant several times and told me I HAD to try it. We went after the AL/ Tenn game, so we knew we would have a wait, but not 1 hour and 45 minutes. Then the waitress (who we loved and worked her butt off) brought our meals out when we discovered the kitchen had tried to pass of a $28 steaks in place of the $40 steaks ordered. They were out of the cut, and just made the decision to use a different one without informing us. Then, we waited forever for them to bring the correct dinners. Food was delicious

I went to Twelve as a nice anniversary dinner and I really liked it. We went before the dinner crowd so we we're almost the only people in the restaurant. We got one-on-one care from management and almost the entire staff. My food was delicious and cooked perfectly. It was overpriced for steak, however.
