Pros

    can e-file from their secure site, cheaper than a tax guy, fast and easy, very user friendly and intuitive, easy, Excellent help screens

Cons
    can't import from Microsoft Money

I have been using TurboTax for years.  I really like that it imports my data each year and I just need to update everything.  I also love that you can download your W-2 right into your return!  I don't have to try to figure out if I qualify for certain deductions, it does all the work for me!  Great product!
