Unquestionably, Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam is the best workout collection I have ever purchased. My favorite workout is the "Booty, Sculpt, and Abs." All of her workouts are easy to follow, and are very fun.
Another advantage of this workout is that it shows lower intensity moves for beginners and for those who want to keep the workouts low impact. Turbo Jam is a high intensity workout, but very fun. Chalene makes it fun by doing easy moves that sculpt the entire body.

read full review »Turbo Jam is the "funnest" workout that I've ever done. You get involved in the music and the dynamics of Chalene and her crew...then forget you are exercising. Time goes by quickly and you get a good workout while you have fun. I recommend all the workouts for anyone--even beginners can learn the steps and choreography after a few tries. Chalene offers a lower intensity workout as well as a "pumped up" workout in each session.
I am not usually an infomercial product buyer, but right after a workout one day, I happened to catch the Turbo Jam one. The workout looked fun and easy, and when it mentioned that doing it can be more of a calorie burn than walking or even a regular step aerobics class, I was pretty much sold. read full review »I use the Turbo jam 20 min workout and turbo ab and i think it is great.I have a messed u ankle and i can still do this workout.Turbo jam 20 min workout gets me sweating and i seen result pretty quick.With the turbo ab u can really feel the burn and the results start to show after just a few days.Also the music is great.
I bought Turbo Jam after gaining about 50 pounds from the birth of my most recent child. I wanted something I could do at home, because it was winter and I couldn't go walking outside and I didn't want to take an infant to the nursery at my gym. I couldn't believe how quickly I was wearing my pre-baby clothes! I love these workouts!! My daughter is 2 now and I still love these DVD's. They keep me energized, make my tummy tighter, and make me stronger. read full review »The Turbo Jam series by Beachbody and Chalene Johnson are the best work out videos ever. To start with the music is absolutely fabulous. It is fast and easily gets into your head. You will be singing the songs at work the next day after your work out wishing you were at home doing the workouts. The counter bar at the bottom of the screen is also nice. read full review »I have had this for some time. I love it because it it lots of fun with great music. I rated it a 4 because i've listened to it soo much that I wish there was some new up to date music. That would be sooo nice. If you like to dance and exercise, you will love it.
First Impressions:
When I first bought this DVD, I figured it would be the female version of a Billy Blanks workout...and that is pretty much what it is. The workout is comprised of cardio-kickboxing type moves, of which you can add light weights to if you're really fit - as well as muscle sculpting workouts of which you can increase the weight with your fitness level. Chalene Johnson instructs the workouts, and is the epitome' of happiness and sunshine which, in addition to the upbeat 80's type music, can become a bit overwhelming.

The more one puts into this workout video, the better results they will experience. In my opinion, TurboJam is a great workout that works the entire body from head to toe. read full review »I bought Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam DVD after getting sucked into one of her infomercials. I was excited by what it promised and it did look like fun. It was much more expensive than many of the DVDs that I have purchased but it looked like something different so I thought I would give it a try. At first I thought Chalene's perky attitude would get old and start annoying me but in all honesty, I like her. read full review »I am not someone that can stick to an exercise routine, nor do I want to take the time to go to the gym. This video series fits the bill! The videos were easy to follow, did not require a lot of equipment and best of all the excercises in them are easy to in the comfort of your own home. My husband saw these videos on an infomercial and thought it would be perfect for me. I have a fused ankle which leaves running out and many times walking. read full review »TurboJam is a lot of fun and I think it is a great solution for people who are do not enjoy exercise because you feel like you're dancing and the music is great because it keeps you pumped and pushes you forward. If you have had issues with thyroid or adrenal problems this might not be for you because it is high intensity cardio that lasts for a while. I enjoyed the workout a lot and my friend who hates getting up early was even excited about doing it in the mornings with me.
