Turbo Jam is the "funnest" workout that I've ever done. You get involved in the music and the dynamics of Chalene and her crew...then forget you are exercising. Time goes by quickly and you get a good workout while you have fun. I recommend all the workouts for anyone--even beginners can learn the steps and choreography after a few tries. Chalene offers a lower intensity workout as well as a "pumped up" workout in each session.
