Out of all the workout videos Turbo Jam is the best by far!!

Turbo Jam videos are high energy and fun from the start. The music is awesome and makes you want to get up and start to move. You start to see results quickly. I have been doing them for 1 month now. I have so much more energy throughout my day. My jeans are starting to feel loose!! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun way to loose weight and tome up.
