Turbo Jam is really a fun exercise! Charlene (the lady who designed Turbo Jam) gets you pumped up! My favorite part of the exercise is that when you are doing Cardio Party she is always thinking about your core. You basically are working out your abs while you are working out everything else. I find this especially important because of it seems to be the most problematic area for people. I also love that she mixes up the exercises. It isn't your same old boring workout routine, its something new and different. And to be honest it is pretty fun. A lot of the time I just feel like I'm dancing. And I think that the background music she put into the videos is pretty good too. This video really works! You can feel all your muscles when you get done working out. It really works out muscles that you might not have known you even had. It works!
