Compared to the other major brand of relief, Tums can be a bit chalky tasting. That chalky taste is present in this peppermint brand as well. If you can tolerate that taste, this product is very good at relieving the pain of heartburn. The peppermint flavoring is a nice combination of strong, but not too strong. Worth a try if you are in need.
