I have the strangest system on earth. I am a very light eater and, if I eat a little more than I am used to, my stomach cramps up and gets all mad at me. During those times, I reach for Tums Extra Strength Antacid Chewable Tablets, Tropical Flavor.

These little discs taste great in tropical flavors and don't have a chalky after taste. I chew two and, within a few minutes, my stomach settles and I am feeling fine.

I like that these have calcium in them as well. Instead of buying a supplemet, I can take a couple of these a day and get much needed calcium into my body. There is 750mg of calcium carbonate in each tablet providing 300mg of elemental calcium, which, if you take two, is 60% of your daily needs.

These work well for sour stomachs, mild stomach upset, heartburn, and other stomach woes. They don't interfere with medications and work FAST!

One other thing I like is that two little discs (Think: Necco Wafers only smaller) have just 10 calories. I think I can a spare that for my belly to stop picking on me.

I generally take two a day for the calcium and will take another two if my stomach needs them.

For under $5.00 for 96, I think every household should have these on hand. They taste like candy though so, even though they have a tough for kids to open cap, keep them well away from the little ones. They could gobble them all up before you even notice they got into them.

Extra Strength Antacid Chewable Tablets, Tropical Flavor taste great, are cheap calcium supplements, and calm my crazy belly. I can't complain at all. A bonus is that they're quite inexpensive, often on sale for just over three bucks.
