Good to eat

need caluim, in need of extra calcium, knowledgeable about my illness, not a fan of taking medications, easy to please usually, mom of 2 boys
Pros

    help heartburn, helps indigestion, inexpensive, great tasting, 60% of daily calcium needs

Cons
    kids will think they're candy, hide them

me and my husband just love to eat tums taking other prescription medication for acid reflux we prevent ot with tums and in bonus we get caluim.we keep it in our car when ever we feel sick eat tums .
we just try to  be healthier, mom of two boys.
