I used to be a huge soda junkie.  I would drink anywhere between 3-5 cans of soda in an average day.  Recently, I have all but completely given up soda, and I was looking for some kind of flavoring to add to water.  That's when I came across True Lemon/True Lime/True Orange (Since my review of all 3 products would be identical, I'm writing this as one combined review).

As part of my effort to lose weight I eat a high fiber and low fat diet but a big part of that is drinking lots of water and plain water gets boring quick.  I have water throughout the day in a liter bottle that I refill with filtered water but I add half a packet of the True Lemon to it to add a bit of flavor and it makes it so much easier to get in lots of water.  It is all natural and doesn't add any bad stuff and adds the taste.  I think it's great if you want to drink more water but you just can't because water by itself is boring.  I have never used in any recipes because I have such...

Tru lemon and tru lime are amazing products! I use theme every day in my water and even in my cooking! Its great when you dont have fresh lemons and limes in the house and you need some for cooking! Such an amazing product and I always have packets in my diaper bag for when on the go!
