True Blood Review

True Blood is supposed to be based off of books written by Charlaine Harris. Don't get me wrong i do think that the show is pretty good. my only issue with it is that i have read all nine of the books that are out right now and the first season of true blood is just based off of the first book. It would seem that the people who made the show haven't even read the books. In the very first episode of the first season like even before the opening credits they mention hurrican Katrina... whats that have to do with anything?... it has to do with the fact that hurricane Katrina hadn't even happened until like the 7th or 8th book. so hurricane katrina according to them came 6 or 7 seasons before it should have. And also Tara isn't even barely in the books. You don't know that much about her, she never sleeps with Sam, she never has an exercism, you don't meet her mom and she never meets the maenad. Jason nevver has an addiction to v blood and he never has a gf he is serious about. Oh and bill never has a vampire child. And has anybody seen the first episode to the second season? well just to let you know it wasn't supposed to be the exorcist who got killed and found in Andy's car it was supposed to be lafeyette... ya know the gay cook. so yeah but the show really isn't that bad if you haven't read the books.
