This stuff is mad expensive, but it's worth its weight in gold.

    Thick - staying power, unscented, excellent for sensitive skin

Cons
    big tubs not on pharmacy shelves, expensive

My son had very sensitive skin as an infant; his bottom was so raw that it bled.  Once we found it, we used Triple Paste on him continuously for the rest of his time in diapers.  No rash when we used it.  Ask for it at the pharmacy counter.  It's not stocked in the large tubs on the shelves - just the small tubes.
