This is the only thing that worked for my daughter's severe diaper rash. I only wish I'd found it sooner. We tried everything and nothing worked. My poor baby was screaming at even the thought of changing her diaper. When we finally found this stuff, it cleared up her worst rash in just a few changes, as opposed to seemingly no changes after a whole tube of other products. We even kept using at as preventative as soon as we stopped using it, she broke out agian. We finally got a diagnosis of "sloppy stool syndrome" at her 18 month check up, and have made changes since then. We have added fiber to her diet and now have her in cloth diapers as much as possible. She is just starting potty training, which will also help.
This stuff is not cheap, so if you don't need it, you might be better off with something else, but if nothing else works, and the rash is severe, this stuff is the best. It is absolutely worth every penny that we pay for it. My daughter still occasionaly has a bit of a rash, usually after spending time in disposable diapers, especially if we forget to apply the preventative dose of cream. I keep the larger tub at home, and use the small tube in the diaper bag so that I am always prepared.
