Reviewers agree that Trim Spa is a poor choice for dieters. Trim Spa is famous for their spokesperson Anna Nicole Smith but it has since been revealed that Trim Spa wasn't the drug that helped Anna lose weight. Some question whether she even took the product at all! JeanneC says Trim Spa made her "nervous and edgy." Two-thick-chick says, "I would start to feel funny after a while taking it." Life8282 says, "It felt like my heart was racing all of the time." Other reviewers agree that the Hoodia in Trim Spa made them feel jittery - or worse. Erickson5 best sums it up: "Works with some side effects. It's up to you If you are willing to tolerate the side effects to lose a few pounds." Those with heart conditions, poor health, or who are sensitive to caffeine should consult with their doctor before taking Trim Spa or any diet aid. I have sold this pill-alot-with very few returns. It has a fiber in it that helps curb appetite as well as a fat burner. You can adjust the pills if you are sensitive to caffeine. I think it was the ingredient Hoodia that made me nervous and edgy. At first I didn't know why my personality had changed until I realized it was the product that did not agree with me. I couldn't take it for more than 2 days. It made me me feel awful and anxiety ridden. I couldn't focus long enough...

I was very skeptical at first, because I wasn't sure if this formula would help me in my weightloss battle. I read through the entire information booklet and thought I could give it a shot. I followed all the meal plans, took each pill as perscribed, and had to actually eat when I wasn't even hungry. Well, I must say that this is a Dieter's dream come true. In 6 weeks time, I lost 18 pounds and 4 inches overall. I've begun passing the word around about this product. It is well worth the cost, because it truly does work.

I have loved trimspa since i first tried it about 6 years ago. It worked amazing for me and i am a total junk food junkie. i lost about 23 pounds my first go around with it which totally put my faith into it. I first tried it because i saw what it had done for anna nicole, i mean it seemed to work a miracle for that woman, you know? now, my poor flabby body is in need of some trimspa beacuse i have had 2 kids in the past 3 years!

I am going to give it a second go around here in the next couple of weeks. i need to lose80 lbs that i gained from my daughters! I am hoping that it will help me as well...

Dieting is really not my thing because i love food so much. What i have learned about "DIETING" is you can count all the calories, carbs, and trans fats that you want, but its motvation and portion control that is the big kicker. So i reciently had a baby and decied to take a supplement to help me along the way on losing baby fat. Cutting out Sodas and using Portion Control really helped me on my way. Just doing those two methods and Taking TRIMSPA really helped me melt the pounds. I do walk arond every day because of my job and i do consider that my exercise but i guess its better than not walking... review »

Too Good to be True

I bought this thinking that it probably work really great, considering Anna Nicole Smith lost all that weight from it, supposedly.  Wrong!  It made me feel sick and jittery.  I lost some weight, alright, due to not being able to eat much due to nausea half the time.

 I paid the price in more ways than one.  I learned my lesson:  Do not buy any weight loss pills that celebrities are paid to endorse -- it turns out being a hoax and a "too good to be true" outcome.

 I do not recommend this product.  It could work well for someone else who has a different body type or whose system runs differently,...

Are you tired of all these diet pills that don't work? I have tried so many that I just gave up taking them. Trim Spa nevered worked for me, I think I only lost about 5 pounds with that diet. I tried everything I could to loose weight but I would start to feel funny after a while taking it. My blood pressure would go up and I would feel sick. Not saying that it doesn't work, but it didn't work for me. Alot of these diet pills got certain side affects that will not allow you to take them and you would just be waisting you money doing them, so the best thing to do is cut back bread, sweets, and soda's...

I have tried just about every diet aide that is on the market or has been on the market.  I had heard so many things great about Trim Spa that I decided to try it.  At first it wasnt bad.  Unfortunately I had this all over icky feeling.  Not to mention the fact that my heart would race whenever I took it.  I could literally feel it beating in my chest like it was going to explode. 

I tried to push through the inconvience of the side effects to see how I would do.  I did lose a few pounds, however as soon as I went off it I went up more than I lost. 

Honestly not worth it.

Anna Nicole Smith was doing the commercials for TrimSpa. She was extremely overweight and I was truly amazed at her dramatic weight loss due to using the pills. The store had a few different varieties that you can choose from. I thought if this lady can lose weight using TrimSpa so can I. When I tried TrimSpa I never noticed any change in my appetite, no caffeine jitters, basically no change in anything. I didnt feel any different. It didnt curb my appetite or increase my energy. I stopped taking the pills and started exercising and eating right.  This works a lot better than those pills did for... review »

It had the opposite effect on me

I took Trimspa for 30 days just to see how well it worked, since it was recommended to me. In those 30 days, my intake of calories was no more than 1400 daily, very balanced diet and I walked everyday the same as I always have. At the end of those 30 days, I gained 9 pounds, was very bloated and maintained a steady headache for 27 of thos 30 days. I stopped taking the Trimspa, but continued the same diet and exercise regimen for 30 days. The headache went away and I lost 12 pounds. Trimspa may work for some, but not for me, and isn't worth the money it costs.

I have never taken any sort of diet pills because I don't believe they really work. But after seeing so many commercials and testimonials for TrimSpa, I thought I'd give it a try.  I wasn't expecting much of anything, but I was pleasantly surprised to lose weight!  I think it's the fiber in it that curbs your appetite.  I wasn't as hungry as before and therefore I stopped my all-day snacking...and lost 10 pounds in a month!  I plan to keep using it for a few more months since it does seem to be working.

Trimspa did well when they used Anna Nicole Smith as their spokesperson, but she's dead now. So what does that really say about the product? She died due to all the medecine she as taking (including Trimspa). She did lose weight though. But there's one thing wrong with all diet pills. They only work while you take them. So even though you lose the weight you want to, you will gain it back when you stop taking the pills. To lose weight and keep it off, you have to change your lifestyle, not take drugs.

TrimSpa works, but you have to add some sort of physical activity along with taking the pills.  Even if you add a 30 minute workout video every other day, that will double the time and pounds you lose.  You can still eat, but don't overeat.  That will counter the effect of the pills.  The side effects were mild headaches and frequent trips to the bathroom.  I felt like I was pregnant and had to use the restroom every hour.  I lost 10 pounds in 2-3 months time.

I do think that some products out there actually work, but in my own opinion all diet pill are often harmful.  The healthiest way to diet is to watch what you eat closley and exercise, the all natural way.  I try to run and do a ball exercise video at least 3 times a week.  Its hard to find the time, I work as well, but make time.  All it takes it 30 min. a day.  My favorite videos are Gunner Peterson's Core Secrets.  They are quick , easy and very effective.
