    not extremely caffeinated/no jitters

Cons
    I will never take this product again

i was going to add this product to a diet and workout proram i was starting to help aid. i was quite disappointed by this product i actually did better without it. also the taste was hrrible so it was hard to take. Also it can get stuck in your throat and swell. yikes that alone scares me and its not worth taking.
