Didn't get any trimmer visiting this spa!
changing my lifestyle to lose weight, desperate, but not stupid, willing to pay for quality, a busy person, losing my metabolism, try to eat healthy

Trim Spa —
I got the jitters but not any real help with boosting metabolism or hunger control. I used this in conjuction with starting a new exercise and eating program. I felt that the few poinds that were lost (not a lot) were attributed to the exercise and healthy eating.
