    I will never take this product again, Jittery all of the time, mild headaches

I took trimspa for about a month and hated it. I felt jittery all the time. I didn't feel it really supressed my hunger much. I also experienced headaches while taking it. I would definitely not recommend these pills to anyone. they are also pretty expensive.
