TRESemme Moisture Rich Shampoo Review

I think the best way to review a shampoo is by using it and telling how it works with and with a conditioner. 

Tresemme Moisture Rich Shampoo is a light thin shampoo, that comes out clear.  At first I thought that it was too thin and that it couldn't possibley work that well, but I was very surprised when I applied it to my hair and it had a fantastic lather.  I only used about a quarter sized amount, so I did not need a lot of the product to get that good lather.

The smell is also very nice.  It is light and fruity although I can't really pin it down to a specific fruit or scent.

The shampoo is meant to be a hydrating shampoo, and it is applied like most shampoos, after wetting the hair and then applying and lathering.  They do recommend that you massage the scalp and roots with the shampoo and then squeeze the shampoo down to the ends.  I don't know if they should have used the word squeeze.  I am fairly sure they just meant to make sure you get the shampoo on your hair from root to tip.

When I used the shampoo alone it was a bit difficult to comb the tangles out of my hair, but I kind of expected that since I did not condition.  But when my hair dried it looked nice and full, and it also felt very soft.  Friz was at a mininum.  Unfortunately after my hair completely dried I could not smell any of the light fruity scent on my hair.  My hair just smelled like hair.

I also used it with Tresemme Moisture Rich Conditioner.  The shampoo worked really well with the conditioner.  Of course I didn't have the problem witht he tangles with the conditioner.  My hair combed out nicely with the combination of the two.  My hair didn't look quite as full after using the conditioner as it did without using the conditioner, but it did look a little more smooth. and it still felt very soft.

Tresemme Moisture Rich shampoo helps hydrate your hair with ingredients such as vitamin E and restorative sunflower, hazelnut and almond extracts, among other ingredients.

This shampoo is gentle enough to use everyday, but the manufacturer says to keep it out of your eyes because it could irritate them, if this happens wash with water.

Tresemme Moisture Rich shampoo comes in a generous 32 oz bottle from between $3.50 to $4.00 which makes it a pretty good deal.  You don't need to use a lot to get the desired affect so one bottle lasts a really long time.

This isn't the best shampoo I have ever used, but it is certainly very good, I love the way my hair feels after using it.  I do recommend Tresemee Moisture Rich Shampoo.
